There are many exciting features on our website, including members-only online community tools similar to those featured in public online communities/social networks of Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The value of a private social network is the ability to share ideas, network, connect and collaborate online with other members to enhance the value of your membership investment.
Signing in and Managing Your Profile
If you have forgotten your user name or password, please go here to reset it.
When you sign in to the website, you will be on the Manage Profile page. On the right side of the page are quick links to access the community features on the website that are also accessible on the Manage Profile Page.
Information & Settings
Edit Bio: Once you are signed into your member portal, please take a moment to update your information on the Manage Profile under Information & Settings by clicking on Edit Bio. You may update anything within your user profile here, including your username and password, as well as add a photo.
Privacy Settings: You can also control the privacy for all of your data with MSBA. We set a default, so log into your profile and feel free to edit what is private or members only. Simply click on the icon to the left of the data field and select the proper level. You can list your city/state/zip to the public, and hide your address, for example.
Invoicing, Payments & History
Invoices: View and process current invoices as well as pay open invoices online. You may also print receipts for your purchases.
Membership: You can view your membership status and renew your membership in this section.
Event Registrations: Here you’ll see any events that you’ve registered for.
Messages: The MSBA website has its own online message system. You can send and receive messages to/from other MSBA members and Groups. You can edit your Messaging settings in Preferences. You can also access Messages from the quick links on the right side of the page. You must log in to see if you have a message.
Groups: If you are a member of an MSBA Section, you’ll have access to the Section-related information in Groups. Each Section has its own Group, which includes a Group Member Directory, and can also include files, photos, calendars, a Group Forum, Blogs, and other features. You can edit your Group settings in Preferences.
Referrals: You can “Refer a Friend” in the quick links on the right side of the page.
