Reciprocal Admission Pursuant to Maine Bar Admission Rule 11A:
Attorneys must produce evidence that they have completed at least fifteen (15) hours of continuing legal education in Maine practice and procedure in courses approved by the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar. This includes 8 lives hours and 2 ethics hours. Please note that this requirement must be completed within one year from the date of application. [See M.B.A.R. 11A(a)(8).]
Continuing Legal Education courses produced by the Maine State Bar Association that are approved by the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar are identified by "(PRACPRO)" in the title. View the list of current PRACPRO CLE seminars here.
