CLE Policies

Share | Credits/Certificate Credits will be reported by the MSBA to the Board of Overseers of the Bar according to attendance.   Important Information: CLE credits will not be reported to the Board of Overseers if you have a balance due for a program. Once we receive full payment, credits will be forwarded to the Board of Overseers.   Cancellation Full refunds will be given to those cancellations received by 4:30 p.m., 5 working days prior to the program. Registrants who cancel after this deadline but prior to the program date will be charged an administrative fee of $20-per credit hour. A link to download and print the materials will be sent to those who fail to cancel in advance. No refunds will be issued.   Additional Listeners You may borrow a colleague’s audio, video or DVD package and still earn self-study credit. Just call the MSBA CLE office with the name(s) of the participants and program. We will mail the completion certificate for signature and forwarding to the Board of Overseers. CLE Club Members pay $25, Members pay $35 and nonmembers pay $50.
