This annual ethics update will cover a wide range of ethical developments important to your civil litigation practice. In addition to our detailed review of developments in conflicts of interest, the program will discuss how technology, the speed of law practice, and common law office practices may compromise confidentiality and preservation of the attorney-client privilege and related work product protections.
