It is the purpose of the Workers' Compensation Section to improve the administration of justice by:

1. providing continuing education to the Bar and others involved in workers' compensation issues; and
   
   
2. facilitating communication among legislators, commissioners, attorneys, insurers, unions and others affected by Maine's Workers' Compensation System.
