The Business Law Section serves the professional needs of corporate and commercial attorneys by offering CLE programming, initiating legislative reforms and providing a forum for professional discussions among the business bar. These purposes are summarized in the Section’s proposed bylaws.

Executive Committee

The Section’s affairs are managed by the Executive Committee. A key task of this committee is to develop CLE programs to be offered through the MSBA.
