The purposes of this section are:

1. to provide an organization within the Maine State Bar Association to all members in good standing of the Maine State Bar Association who have a common interest in bankruptcy and reorganization law and practice; and
   
   
2. to provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas leading to the improvement of the laws relating to bankruptcy and reorganization.
