PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER AND RULE AMENDMENTS REGARDING FORECLOSURES
The Supreme Judicial Court is planning to amend certain civil rules (2009 Me. Rules 19) and to promulgate an administrative order relating to and rules governing a foreclosure diversion pilot in York County. The proposals are in direct response to PL 2009, Chapter 402, pertaining to changes relating to mortgage foreclosures. Persons wishing to offer comments related to the proposed rule or administrative order may do so in writing by July 15, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
