JUDICIAL CONFIRMATION HEARINGS SCHEDULED

The Judiciary Committee has scheduled hearings for three nominations recently posted by Governor Baldacci. They are:

February 24, 2009

     1:00 p.m. – Justice Jon Levy
     2:00 p.m. – Judge John Beliveau
     3:00 p.m. – Judge John David Kennedy

LEGISLATIVE DATABASE

We encourage all interested members to review the legislative database now that public hearings and work sessions are being held frequently by the various Joint Standing Committees. If you identify bills of interest or concern, please remember to notify your Section leaders, so they are aware of your interest.
