MSBA Legislative Update 04-10-09

BUSY WEEK AHEAD

The week of April 13 will be extremely busy with public hearings and work sessions on many bills. Legislative committees are under pressure from leadership to hold hearings and work sessions on as many bills as possible in order to have the bills ready for action on the floor of the House and Senate by the latter part of April.
