These telephone seminars are presented by national speakers who are experts in their areas of practice often ABA Section chairs, authors of books in their areas of practice, and heads of practice groups.

This annual ethics update will cover a wide range of ethical developments important to your civil litigation practice. In addition to our detailed review of developments in conflicts of interest, the program will discuss how technology, the speed of law practice, and common law office practices may compromise confidentiality and preservation of the attorney-client privilege and related work product protections. The panel will also discuss the sensitive topic of dishonesty in litigation.  What are the issues when your client or a witness you are working with is dishonest? The panel will also cover the latest and never ending ethical issues involving technology in law practice.  Please join for this annual program which will provide you with a lively discussion of ethical developments important to civil litigation practice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds will be given to those who cancel by 4:30 p.m., 5 working days prior to the program. Registrants who cancel after this deadline but prior to the program date will be charged an administrative fee of $15 per credit hour. A link to download and print the materials will be sent to those who fail to cancel in advance.
