Following lightly attended meetings of the committee at the MSBA Annual and Summer meetings, the committee carefully considered and finally decided against proposing an annual Law Day essay contest for high school seniors, and again led the revision of the 2002 edition of the MSBA's popular On Your Own booklet for graduating high school students.
Members also reviewed the last edition of the MSBA's Maine Media Law Guide, published in 1993, as a preparatory step toward a top-to-bottom revision tentatively slated for completion in 2003.
