It shall be the duty of this Committee to:

1. Inform, advise and assist MSBA members in the use of technology in the practice of law;
   
   
2. Advise members of the bar as to developments in technology law;
   
   
3. Provide input and guidance to the Board with respect to the Association's technology-related initiatives and issues; and
   
   
4. Facilitate the exchange of technological information among organizations within and outside the MSBA.
