Overpayments, cancellations or transfers resulting in refunds owed to registrants will be handled in the following way:
If the amount owed to the registrant is less than $5.00, no refund will be issued. The registrant may request a credit coupon.
If the amount owed to the registrant is between $5.00 and $25.00, the registrant will be issued a credit coupon unless otherwise requested.
If the amount owed to the registrant is greater than $25.00, the registrant will be issued a refund in the form of a check or a credit card credit.

| Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by 5:00 p.m., 3 days prior to the seminar or video replay. Registrants who cancel after this deadline but prior to the seminar date will be charged a $50 administrative fee, but may choose to receive the seminar audio package (if applicable) or a credit towards another seminar for the remaining balance. Course materials will be sent to those who fail to cancel in advance or who cancel on the day of the program. Telephone 1-877-622-7554. |

| You may borrow a colleague’s audio,video or DVD package and still earn self-study credit. Just call the MSBA CLE office with the name(s) of the participants and program. We will mail the completion certificate for signature and forwarding to the Board of Overseers. CLE Club Members pay $25, Members pay $35 and nonmembers pay $50. |
